Art & Light represents a roster of over 50 artists, from emerging to established, in a space that is uniquely southern and inviting. Built in the early 1900s, the Art & Light house located at 16 Aiken Street in the Village of West Greenville preserves a rich history with details like the warmth of heart of pine boards with a contemporary gallery concept showcasing one of a kind artwork. For over a decade, Art & Light has worked to connect collectors with a community of exceptional working artists. We understand that a well-curated space has the ability to comfort, inspire, and spark joy. As such, Art & Light aims to cultivate an ever-evolving selection of original artwork that is timeless yet truly original, sophisticated yet attainable, and always meaningful.

OWNER, ARTIST & VISIONARY
In 2010 Teresa purchased the parsonage house at 16 Aiken Street. The house became the heart of a concept that grew from the home of six working artist studios to the contemporary gallery that it is today. As the gallery grew over the years, Teresa’s vision expanded to include Teresa Roche Textiles (TRT), a creative endeavor driven by Roche’s artistic practice and love of partnering original artwork with interior design.
